The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, venue owners, wireless carriers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while providing proactive communication, risk management, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts for DAS and wireless infrastructure projects.
Coordinate engineering, permitting, material procurement, construction, integration, testing, and project closeout activities.
Monitor project performance, milestones, budgets, and deliverables while providing regular status reporting to internal leadership and customers.
Ensure all project documentation, change orders, schedules, forecasts, and project records are maintained accurately.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues impacting scope, budget, schedule, or quality.
Manage project scope and customer expectations while ensuring contractual obligations are achieved.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, venue owners, wireless carriers, contractors, and internal teams.
Lead customer meetings, project reviews, and status calls.
Communicate project objectives, expectations, and schedules to all stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Foster strong customer relationships through consistent communication and responsive project management.
Coordinate DAS deployment activities including site surveys, design reviews, equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
Work closely with RF Engineering, Construction Management, Integration, and Field Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure compliance with carrier standards, venue requirements, local codes, and safety regulations.
Support project forecasting and reporting related to carrier programs, venue projects, and network expansion initiatives.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members while promoting accountability and high performance.
Exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions to resolve project challenges and maintain project momentum.
Oversee material procurement, delivery schedules, inventory coordination, and equipment tracking.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls to ensure financial objectives are met.
Review invoices, subcontractor performance, and project financial metrics.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
Ability to work effectively across multiple functional groups and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Demonstrates sound judgment, urgency, and accountability.

Combination of office, remote, and field environments.
Periodic travel required to customer sites, venues, and project locations.
May require visits to active construction sites and telecommunications facilities.
Ability to support multiple projects across various geographic markets.
