Project Manager

Effective prioritization skills with proven success in managing multiple priorities with varying deadlines

A strong capability for identifying, assessing and managing both risks and opportunities

Demonstrated capability in being open minded and flexible in both thoughts and approach

An ability to collaborate, consult and build strong relationships within a national organization

Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and to embrace change

An ability to complete mid-sized, multi-faceted projects from start to finish under the general direction of the Director and lead smaller less complex projects

Solid working knowledge of the building code and industry-related technology.

What you need to succeed:

An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction/Project Management or Technical Diploma or Certificate in similar industry disciplines combined with relevant experience.

5-7 years of relevant and progressive experience in one of the following areas; construction (both field and office), real estate development, architecture or other engineering disciplines.

LEED and or PMP accreditation would be an asset.

Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project or Primavera

Starting base salary for this job level may range from $81,433 - $108,577. The actual base salary offered will consider several factors including, but not limited to the role, experiences, skills & qualifications, location, market and internal considerations; with this context, CF reserves the right to pay above this range.
