Position Overview
Sesola Power Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transmission line and substation projects across Karnataka.
The role has end-to-end accountability from mobilization, survey, and design coordination through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
The position reports to the Director/CFO and requires immediate joining preference.
Location and Work Setting
- The role may be based in Hyderabad, at project sites, or at locations determined by management.
- The work involves extensive travel and may require being based at project locations across Karnataka.
Project Execution
- Lead EHV transmission line and substation projects, including LILO lines, augmentation works, and turnkey substation packages.
- Plan surveys, route alignment, tower spotting, and GIS or drone activities with clients and engineering teams.
- Drive foundations, tower erection, conductor and OPGW stringing, insulator installation, and related civil and structural works.
- Oversee control rooms, GIS or AIS halls, earth mats, cable ducts, equipment erection, and balance-of-plant civil works.
