Position Purpose
Support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of technology projects across the MEA region.
The role is open to early-career project management professionals and high-potential candidates with a strong technical foundation and commercial awareness.
Depending on experience, the role initially manages defined workstreams or smaller projects under senior guidance and progresses toward broader project ownership.
Business and Project Delivery
- Support project delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments.
- Prepare project updates, analyses, and management reports.
- Plan and coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and quality objectives.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, schedules, risk registers, action logs, and status reports.
- Monitor progress and escalate risks, delays, cost deviations, and resource constraints.
- Support delivery and acceptance of integrated hardware, software, and communications-system projects.
- Coordinate training, demonstrations, trials, testing, system acceptance, handover, and project closure activities.
Commercial and Risk Management
- Track project costs, revenue, margins, budgets, forecasts, and milestone progress.
- Support project performance reporting by comparing planned and actual results.
- Identify and monitor project risks and opportunities and support mitigation measures.
- Support tender preparation, bid reviews, project costing, procurement, and supplier quotation reviews.
Stakeholder and Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with customers, internal departments, suppliers, subcontractors, partners, and relevant authorities.
- Organize project reviews, status meetings, technical clarifications, and customer presentations.
- Coordinate technical inputs with Engineering and align technical deliverables with approved scope and customer requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration among project management, engineering, technical service, sales, commercial, procurement, and finance teams.
- Support after-sales services, warranty activities, and customer-service requirements within project scope.
Location and Employment
- The position is located in the United Arab Emirates and covers projects across the MEA region.
