Role Overview
Hands-on Project Manager role for relocatable structural steel sheds supplied on a rental basis.
Projects involve structural steel, PEB, prefab, modular construction and industrial work.
The role is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with regular project-site travel across India.
Project Planning and Execution
- Plan and manage projects from mobilisation to completion and handover.
- Prepare schedules, track progress, drive corrective actions and manage multiple sites.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment and logistics.
Site and Contractor Management
- Monitor structural erection, roofing, covering and finishing works at project sites.
- Coordinate supervisors, contractors, erection teams and site manpower.
- Monitor productivity, quality and progress against drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Materials and Logistics
- Coordinate structural steel, covers, accessories, equipment and logistics.
