Project Manager - Structural

A project manager directs, supervises and completes a variety of civil and/or structural engineering projects.

They direct the work of Project Engineers and Design Engineers along with technical staff for the completion of civil and/or structural engineering projects.

Project Managers possess the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines and possess the ability to prioritize work and maintain client satisfaction.

• Professionally represent Brandow & Johnston
• Under the guidance of a principal, direct accounting on jobs to bill, review accounting reports, maintaining awareness of budgets
• Under the guidance of a principal, write proposals, and negotiate fees
• Begin to develop Client Contacts
• Begin to develop lasting relationships with Architects, Owners, Contractors & Clients
• Direct the flow of work to Project Engineers, Design Engineers and Drafters for projects
• Plan, organize and execute engineering projects on time, maintaining awareness of budget and quality of service
• Provide engineering quality assurance
• Mentor engineers, developing talent within the company
• Inspire, motivate and complement talents of team members
• Perform other tasks as required
