Role Overview
The Project Manager: Station MEP is a client-facing PMC role managing the end-to-end design and build process for station MEP works on major rail, transit, or complex infrastructure projects.
The role focuses on project and design management, technical assurance, and contractor oversight to deliver station MEP systems safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with requirements and standards.
The role requires approximately 10 years of building or rail MEP experience, including substantial design management and construction supervision exposure.

Job Description
The Project Manager: Station MEP is a client-facing PMC role managing the end-to-end design and build process for station MEP works on major rail, transit, or complex infrastructure projects.
The role focuses on project and design management, technical assurance, and contractor oversight to deliver station MEP systems safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with requirements and standards.
The role requires approximately 10 years of building or rail MEP experience, including substantial design management and construction supervision exposure.
Core Responsibilities
- Represent the client as the primary PMC point of contact for station MEP matters.
- Manage the MEP design lifecycle from concept through IFC and ensure design compliance with requirements, codes, standards, and authority requirements.
- Review technical submissions and coordinate design reviews, value engineering, constructability, requirements traceability, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Support procurement, tender documentation, technical proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, and post-award clarifications.
- Oversee MEP construction, contractor planning, site technical issues, RFIs, interfaces, quality, and HSE compliance.
