Work as part of the AKG Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure organisational efficiency and alignment of tools and techniques to deliver the project to a standard expected within AKG. You will play a pivotal role ensuring all key deliverables are met. Lend your expertise to the development and implementation of comprehensive project plansManaging budgets, tracking expenses and reporting financial status to senior leadersCommunicate with management on status of project and reporting updatesUtilise your experience to anticipate risks and implement strategies to manage and mitigate any risksManage all aspects of the project life cycle, oversee phases of project completion and provide clear direction and support to cross functional teamsManage stakeholder and vendor management and communications Would this describe you?Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, who wants to play a key role in further developing our businessA person who has a genuine approach to dealing with colleagues and key stakeholders to create a collaborative approach across teamsA strong communicator with the ability to influence and be a driver and champion of changeExperience in partnering with key business owners to define success metrics and criteria and conduct post implementation reviewsExtensive experience in project management with demonstrated success as a Project Manager in leading and managing significant health software or IT systems transformation projects in a healthcare settingExperienced with Project Management Methodologies - PMBOK, Prince 2, Agile, LEAN, Monday.comHold Project Management Tertiary qualifications - preferred not essentialAdvanced computer skills More than just a salary!Will consider temporary fulltime or part-time (minimum 4 days a week)Hybrid working arrangementAbout AKGAt AKG, we value diversity - in the backgrounds, ideas, work styles and perspectives of our team.
