Position Summary

Lead and deliver complex software projects for financial technology products and services, ensuring successful implementation of digital payment systems, trading platforms, banking applications, and regulatory compliance solutions.

Location

  • Zact is a global company with multiple locations across US, Europe and India.
  • We provide 100% Remote Working Option.
  • Candidates applying for this role should be located in one of the European or Indian Time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialists
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and security standards
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports
  • Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives, product owners, and external partners

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years project management experience in software product development
  • Should have extensive experience working in software product based companies
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory constraints
