Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and related services
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and client expectations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate site teams to achieve operational objectives
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address service requirements and concerns
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at all times
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Soft Services Management, preferably within Facility Management companies
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Knowledge of FM industry standards and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
