Project Manager - SimTEC

• Employee will be working mostly within an office environment. Employee may travel to work site locations where employee will be expected to dress in appropriate manner to interface with clients and customers. Some travel will be necessary to meet the requirements for the positions.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years managing engineering projects within DoD or federal contracting environments. Expertise in Agile methodologies, systems engineering, and program execution.

• Technical Skills: Strong background in systems integration, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Primavera). Ability to analyze staffing plans, validate LOE, and develop structured workflows.

• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, DAWIA Certification, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in aerospace, defense technology, or government contracting.
• Strong diplomatic communication skills for navigating sensitive leadership transitions.

• This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
