Bachelor’s degree preferred. (project management, construction, or related field).
Strong understanding of blueprints, site drawings, and architectural plans.
Experience in construction industry or manufacturing a big plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel locally and across the US as needed.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP systems experience preferred.
Bilingual skills a bonus.
Competitive salary. ($60,000-75,000).
Bonus Incentive Program: Earn up to an additional $25,000 above annual earnings based on invoiced sales volume and performance metrics.
