Job Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end multiple projects execution from contract award through commissioning and final handover
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Navigate the Projects plan and deliver the project successfully within Project Budget , time and Quality.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate engineering activities related to relay and control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes, control wiring, and system integration.
• Handover customer specifications, single-line diagrams (SLD), protection philosophies, and technical documentation to design team.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production, Quality & testing team..
• Facilitate technical discussions with customers, consultants, and utilities.
• Coordinate procurement activities for long-lead electrical equipment and components.
• Monitor manufacturing progress of relay panels and LV switchgear assemblies.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and project schedules.
• Resolve technical and commercial issues affecting manufacturing or supply.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Conduct kick-off meetings, progress review meetings, and project close-out meetings.
• Provide regular project status reports covering schedule, cost, quality, risks, and deliverables.
• Handle & oversee all Project communications with Customer and Key Vendors.
• Lead the teams of Project Engineers, governing the Project deliverables.
• Chair the regular meeting Project team meeting with all stake holders and resolve the issues/Conflicts.
• Coordinate delivery, installation support, testing, commissioning, and energization activities.

• Ensure Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are planned and executed successfully.
• Coordinate with site engineers, commissioning engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during commissioning.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, invoicing, and cash flow.
• Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders.
• Track project profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Support internal and external audits as required. Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Project Management certification (PMP,) is preferred. Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience Experience managing EPC, industrial, utility, infrastructure, or substation projects is preferred.
