Motive Offshore Group is hiring a Project Manager for its MENA division in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves managing planning, scheduling, financial, and administrative requirements of engineering and rental projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage potential delays
- Identify and manage project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations
- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs remain within approved limits
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards
- Handle scope changes through formal change control processes
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure timely project closure, obtain stakeholder sign off, and conduct project reviews
- Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference
Requirements
- Significant experience of leading multiple projects in the Marine and/or Oil & Gas sectors
- Thorough knowledge of formal project management methods, processes, procedures, techniques, and tools
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
- Experience and expertise in using Microsoft Project
- Experience of managing complex engineering projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Experience of leading a projects team
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, preferably in an Engineering discipline, would be advantageous

About the Role
- Location: Sharjah, Hours: Full Time
- As a result of continued growth, we are hiring a Project Manager for our MENA division.
- Based in Sharjah, UAE, reporting into the Regional Manager for MENA.
- Responsible for management of planning, scheduling, financial and administrative requirements of engineering and rental projects.
- Primary objective: ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client’s requirements.
About the Team
- You’ll be a key member of a close knit, hardworking, and skilled team.
- The MENA team are all based in the UAE, supported by onshore & offshore personnel.
- You will work alongside a committed Motive team in the UK and globally.
Responsibilities
- Adopting and promoting Motive Offshore Group People Values.
- Liaise closely with Sales & Operations Teams for effective handover.
- Liaise with Operational Delivery team to ensure clear communication of project specifications.
- Liaising with other members of Motive MENA and Group to ensure high quality service.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and discussions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Adhere to company wide sustainability policies and initiatives.
- Ensure project activities comply with HSEQ processes and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Work in accordance with Motive policies and procedures, looking for improvements.
- Support implementation of regional policies for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
