About the Role
SIDEL is seeking a French-speaking Project Manager Services based in Dubai to manage service projects from offer preparation to closing. The role requires an engineering background, 3 years of project management experience, and fluency in French.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer requests and translate needs into solutions
- Coordinate with product divisions to provide complete solutions
- Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations
- Propose additional Services Products when required
- Register projects in SAP
- Initiate project with customer and aftersales manager
- Set full schedule and coordinate with customer
- Evaluate technical feasibility and risks
- Coordinate with business units for correct parts and delivery follow up
- Conduct risk assessment and set mitigation plan
- Monitor Quality, Cost, Delivery of projects
- Manage project crisis and plan course of action
Requirements
- Engineering background
- 3 years experience in project management
- PMP certification is a plus
- French speaker is mandatory

Your Mission
- Offer preparation: understand customer requests, coordinate with product divisions, support sales team
- Projects Execution: register in SAP, initiate project, set schedule, evaluate feasibility, coordinate, monitor QCD
- Projects Installation: plan resources, coordinate with planning, arrange HSE&S, logistics, support on site
- Projects Closing: conduct root cause analysis, ensure invoices, update database, closing meeting, customer survey

- Engineering background
- 3 years experience in project management
- PMP certification is a plus
- French speaker is mandatory
