Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead physical readiness and performance enhancement programs.
  • Analyze performance, wellness, and readiness data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams including Sport Science, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Data Analysis.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Physical Readiness Center.
  • Develop innovative training methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a military or tactical environment.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Relevant Sport Science, Strength & Conditioning, or Coaching certifications preferred.
