Role Overview

Project Management and Delivery

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Monitor performance, coordinate technical teams, and implement corrective actions where required.

Clients and Commercial Management

• Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, including government authorities, developers, contractors, and project partners.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, stakeholder engagement, and client communications.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
• Support contract administration, change management, commercial reporting, variations, claims, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project risks and contribute to profitability through effective planning and resource management.

Technical Leadership and Governance

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, project deliverables, technical reviews, and quality assurance.
• Promote innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes, company procedures, governance frameworks, contractual requirements, and regulations.
• Maintain standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence and participate in audits and lessons learned activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure project delivery, or major development programmes.
• Experience with leading international engineering consultancies and large-scale infrastructure or masterplan projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong technical engineering background, preferably in civil infrastructure projects.
• Client-facing experience with government entities, developers, and other key stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating complex deliverables.
• Understanding of project management principles, project controls, commercial management, and risk management.
• Experience administering consultancy contracts and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable.
