Job Description

Project Management and Delivery

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate technical teams to support integrated project delivery.

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and support high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage communications with government authorities, developers, contractors, and project partners.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support Project Directors with executive-level client interactions and governance.

Commercial and Technical Management

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
• Support contract administration, change management, variations, claims, and commercial reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs.
• Promote innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project risks and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with project management processes, company procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain quality, safety, and technical standards throughout project delivery.
• Participate in project audits, reviews, and lessons learned activities.
• Ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 12 to 15 or more years of experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure project delivery, or major development programmes.
• Experience working with leading international engineering consultancies.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven client-facing experience with government entities, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating complex project deliverables.

Professional and Management Requirements

• Strong understanding of project management principles, project controls, commercial management, and risk management.
• Experience administering consultancy contracts and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification, Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable.
