• Available Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
• Respond within 4 hours to technical issues

• Minimum 7+ years in project management support roles Hands-on enterprise IT systems experience

• Experience with operations & maintenance (campus-level) Strong communicator and team builder Federal experience preferred
