We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our team at Opifiny Corp.

This role will be instrumental in leading our project team, ensuring successful delivery of projects while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in driving our mission forward.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Authoring user requirements, user stories and functional requirements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Implement and promote agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban within the organization.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
