Project Manager – SAP Implementation

Collaborate with executive sponsors, business leaders, functional teams, IT teams, and external implementation partners.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

Coordinate functional and technical workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, and others as needed.

Oversee local project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.

Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project management best practices.

Manage scope, change requests, and project documentation.

Identify local project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor project quality metrics and ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements.

Partner with organizational change management teams to support user adoption.

Ensure training plans, communications, and readiness activities are executed effectively.

Support business process transformation and organizational alignment efforts.

Oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment planning.

Coordinate cutover activities and go-live readiness assessments.

Lead post-go-live stabilization efforts and transition to operational support teams.
