We’re looking for a
Project Manager
- to lead Salesforce projects end to end and ensure we consistently deliver the outcomes our clients trust us for.
- This role in a nutshell
- In this position, you will:
- Take ownership of
- end-to-end Salesforce project delivery
- – from kick-off to go-live and stabilisation.
- Be the primary day-to-day contact for our clients, keeping them informed, aligned and confident.
- Coordinate cross-functional ConX Digital teams (consultants, architects, developers, data, QA) across multiple clouds.
- Work closely with
- leadership and delivery leads
- to ensure projects land on time, on budget and on scope – while still doing the right thing for the customer.
- You’re the person who keeps everything moving, everyone aligned, and nothing dropped.
- How you’ll make an impact
- A typical quarter could include:
- Running multiple Salesforce implementations in parallel for clients across different industries and markets.
- Hosting regular steering committees and status calls, turning complexity into clear, simple updates.
- Working with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into deliverable phases and realistic plans.
- Managing risk, dependencies and change requests before they become issues.
- Supporting pre-sales by helping with estimates, delivery approaches and Statements of Work for new opportunities.
- Championing ConX Digital ways of working, tools and templates to keep projects consistent and scalable.
- Your work is what turns great solutions on paper into live, working reality for our clients.
- Key areas you’ll own
Project Delivery & Governance
- Build and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resourcing, budget and dependencies.
- Run project ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, RAID reviews, steering meetings) using Agile or hybrid approaches.
- Keep documentation up to date – status reports, RAID logs, change requests, decisions and sign-offs.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with ConX Digital best practices, client standards and Salesforce guidelines.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the
- main point of contact
- for day-to-day communication with client stakeholders.
- Set clear expectations, agree ways of working and ensure everyone knows who is doing what and by when.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical teams.
- Handle difficult conversations with calm and clarity when scope, timelines or priorities need to shift.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with ConX Digital consultants, architects, developers, data engineers, testers and analysts.
- Align workloads, clarify priorities and remove blockers so the team can deliver efficiently.
- Collaborate with nearshore/offshore ConX Digital team members where relevant.
- Support a positive, collaborative delivery culture that reflects ConX Digital values – innovation, integrity, customer-centricity and adaptability.
Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement
- Spot delivery risks early and agree mitigation plans with internal and client stakeholders.
- Ensure testing, UAT, training and change management activities are planned and executed.
- Coordinate smooth handovers into support or client teams after go-live.
- Share lessons learned and help refine ConX Digital delivery frameworks, templates and playbooks over time.
Salesforce & Ecosystem Alignment
- Stay aligned with Solution Architects and Salesforce contacts on roadmap, dependencies and technical constraints.
- Understand the Salesforce clouds in scope (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, Agentforce) well enough to plan and sequence delivery realistically.
- Support partner-led initiatives (e.g. joint programs with Salesforce) when they touch your projects.

- We’re flexible, but you’ll likely bring:
- Several years of experience managing
- technology or digital projects
- , ideally with Salesforce or similar CRM / cloud platforms.
- Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end in a consulting, agency or SI environment.
- Familiarity with both Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and more traditional project management approaches, and when to use which.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams – including architects, developers, QA and business SMEs.
- Confidence running client meetings, workshops and steering committees.
- Experience across GCC or regional projects is a plus; comfort working across cultures and time zones is important.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Salesforce, PMP, Prince2, Scrum) are a plus but not mandatory if you have strong practical experience.
