Responsibilities
- Run exhibition and event builds end to end — planning, factory production, procurement and subcontractors, logistics, site installation and handover.
- Own scope, schedule, budget and quality.
- Develop project programmes, coordinate internal teams and clients, track progress against milestones.
- Manage RAMS and site documentation.
- Resolve issues before they reach the client.
- Be the single point of accountability from award to opening night.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing exhibition, events or high end fit out projects — KSA experience essential.
- Proven delivery of fast track builds: tight programmes, night works, live venues.
- Strong command of programmes, RAMS, drawings and quality control.
- Experience coordinating procurement, logistics and subcontractors (joinery, metal, MEP, specialist finishes).
- Excellent client facing communication and stakeholder management; strong English, Arabic a plus.
- Degree in engineering, construction management or related field; PMP a plus.

Role Description

- Day to day, you will develop project programmes, coordinate internal teams and clients, track progress against milestones, manage RAMS and site documentation, and resolve issues before they reach the client.
