Job Objective

Manage and execute kitchen, door, and finishing projects from project receipt through final handover.

Ensure compliance with schedules, quality standards, costs, and client requirements.

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor projects from contracting through final delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and execution phases.
  • Coordinate sales, design, production, procurement, installation, and after-sales teams.
  • Track surveying, measurements, manufacturing, supply, and installation activities.
  • Supervise work teams and contractors and monitor site progress.
  • Monitor execution quality against approved specifications and drawings.
  • Track project materials, tools, and resource needs.
  • Resolve client comments, project issues, and execution challenges.
  • Monitor costs and expenses against the approved budget.
  • Prepare periodic project status, progress, and obstacle reports.
  • Manage initial and final acceptance and close outstanding comments.
  • Manage risks, delays, corrective actions, project KPIs, and ERP or Odoo updates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in kitchens, doors, finishes, or contracting is preferred.
  • Practical experience managing execution teams and contractors.
  • Knowledge of scheduling, cost management, and execution quality control.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems; Odoo is preferred.
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in the field and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Saudi market experience is preferred.

Work Setting

  • The role includes field work and site follow-up.
