Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closeout
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, budgets, schedules, and KPIs
- Manage all project related activities through the Saudi Government Etimad Platform
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project cost control, budget forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Manage project scope changes, variation orders, claims, procurement coordination, and contractor performance
- Prepare and present executive dashboards, progress updates, and project documentation to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Tourism & Hospitality, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with exposure to large scale events, corporate tourism, MICE, or complex operations
- Deep operational knowledge and hands on experience with the Saudi Government Etimad Platform and government procurement processes
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional leadership, risk management, financial acumen, contract administration, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification is a strong plus
- A strong Riyadh based professional network is preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initiation, planning, and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, handover, and final closeout.
- Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, budgets, schedules, and KPIs) ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
- Fully manage all project related activities through the Saudi Government Etimad Platform. Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, technical/financial proposals, and monitor contract awards and payment requests.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, assign responsibilities, and coordinate closely with internal departments, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project cost control, budget forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans.
- Manage project scope changes, variation orders, claims, procurement coordination, and contractor performance throughout the lifecycle.
- Prepare and present executive dashboards, progress updates, and project documentation to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
