Your role and responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving improvement and transformation across Children and Young People's Services (CYPS). You will:
- Lead and deliver a portfolio of projects that improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
- Use data, insight and evidence to shape and support improvement activity across Children's Social Care, SEND, Education and Inclusion services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and partner organisations to identify opportunities for early intervention, prevention and sustainable change.
- Maintain a strong focus on impact, ensuring improvements are embedded into everyday practice and deliver lasting benefits.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, governance and reporting to support successful delivery.
- Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, providing line management or supervision where required.
