The Role
Lead food product development projects in collaboration with the Chief of Development Projects for Poultry.
Support opportunities identified by marketing teams or the commercial strategy department.
Apply a scientific and rigorous approach while integrating quality and food safety standards.
Follow project charters and precisely define client expectations.
Project Responsibilities
- Manage various types of food product development projects.
- Monitor and manage all project stages according to the established project management structure.
- Coordinate internal and external clients, account managers, and the innovation department to clarify needs and objectives.
- Coordinate activities with technical services, purchasing, and operations teams.
- Develop standard operating procedures and product specifications.
- Define monitoring frequencies with factory and corporate quality departments to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Coordinate sample creation in the laboratory kitchen and factories.
- Provide local factory follow-up and support to other R&D project managers.
