The Opportunity

Stafford Lawrence is seeking a high-calibre Project Manager for our Construction Consultancy to assist the Senior PM on the construction of a prestigious 5,000 m² private villa on The Pearl-Qatar.

This landmark project encompasses a basement, four levels of luxury living space, and extensive external works.

We are looking for a professional who can work with a team on site-based responsibility for the delivery of the superstructure and high-end fit-out.

Requirements

NO previous Middle East experience required

N.B This is not a role for a Project Director this is a PM role.

Education: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognised Western university.

Certification: PMP certification is highly preferred.

Our client will also consider MRICS or MCIOB candidates

Experience: A solid construction background with specific expertise in high-end luxury residential projects or complex, high-spec fit-outs.

This must be with a Construction Consultancy organistation.

Circa 7-10 Years experience is mandatory.

Skills: Must be a collaborative team player with exceptional client-facing capabilities, as you will be the primary point of contact for the client on-site.

Project Scope

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of this two-year project, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to the high standards required for a private residence of this scale.

Your 25,000 QAR – 38,000 QAR tax-free total package is based on your experience and includes:
