Role Overview

Workplace Model

• The role follows a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build projects from planning through completion while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage small and medium-sized projects or support larger, complex projects.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialty teams.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Support client communications and act as a day-to-day stakeholder contact.
• Coordinate with contractors, subconsultants, regulatory authorities, and owner representatives.
• Support procurement, contract administration, project controls, and construction-phase services.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, status updates, and project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• 5-10 years of project delivery experience in buildings, infrastructure, industrial, institutional, or public-sector markets.
• Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies and project governance principles.
• Experience across planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of project management tools, financial management practices, and project reporting requirements.

Salary

• The salary range is $85,140-$141,900 per year.
• The salary range is based on the preferred work location and may change if the selected candidate's location differs.
