Project Manager – Premium Turnkey Fit-Out (Temporary Contract)

We are seeking a highly qualified and result-driven Project Manager – Premium Turnkey Fit-Out to lead the execution of a fast-track interior project in Abu Dhabi.

This is a critical, time-bound assignment requiring a hands-on professional with strong leadership capabilities, capable of driving the project from mobilization through to successful handover within strict timelines—while maintaining the highest standards of quality and coordination.

Lead end-to-end project execution from site mobilization to final handover

Manage and coordinate joinery production, site execution, MEP, and subcontractors

Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, resource planning, and daily progress tracking

Ensure seamless coordination between design, factory, procurement, and site teams

Drive procurement timelines and material deliveries in line with project milestones

Monitor cost control, variations, and budget adherence

Maintain strong communication with client and consultant teams

Proactively identify and resolve technical and site challenges

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements

Deliver project within defined timelines without compromise on finish quality

10–12+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects

Proven experience in delivering premium turnkey projects under tight deadlines

Strong expertise in joinery, finishes, and high-end interior detailing

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors

Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Ability to take full ownership and work independently with minimal supervision

Strong knowledge of local construction practices and site execution workflows

Immediate availability (mandatory)
