We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for medical product development to help drive the advancement of innovative therapies from concept to reality.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate multiple concurrent preclinical development programs, working to bring new therapeutic solutions to life.

As a key member of a multidisciplinary team within RTI’s Laboratory Sciences and Engineering (LS&E) division, you will partner closely with scientists and technical experts to accelerate early-stage product development aimed at addressing critical unmet needs in healthcare.

• Work with project teams to track the progress of ongoing project activities
• Track project milestones, critical path activities, and key deliverables; proactively identify schedule risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to support on-time project execution
• Ensure high levels of communication with project teams, support resources and clients
• Plan studies and tasks, working with contract research organization (CRO) staff or consultants as needed to finalize study protocols and procedures
• Research and summarize program information for response to external requests, project proposals, reports and external meetings
• Coordinate activities and communication across multiple organizations
• Prepare project status reports
• Manage conference calls, meetings, and other logistics for the project(s)
• Prepare agendas and minutes for project team meetings and track action items
• Aid in creating and tracking project budgets
