We’re Hiring: Project Manager (PMP) – Riyadh

Open Sky is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact government digital platform project in Riyadh.

Employment Type

: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery aligned with government standards
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and project governance
  • Oversee quality assurance, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, UX, QA)
  • Ensure alignment with project KPIs and SLAs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related field
  • PMP Certification is mandatory
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven experience in government or semi-government projects
  • Strong background in QA processes, monitoring, and evaluation
