Responsibilities
- Manage full execution cycle of retail and brand projects including podiums, animations, in store events, PR events, pop ups, and CAPEX furniture
- Coordinate with brand principals, retailers, suppliers, contractors, agencies, logistics, sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Prepare and track project timelines, quotations, budgets, approvals, production schedules, delivery plans, and installation dates
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to brand guidelines
- Oversee design adaptation, material production, store readiness, furniture installation, event setup, merchandising, and final handover
- Monitor supplier and contractor performance and resolve execution challenges
- Support post event follow up, dismantling, maintenance, reporting, and lessons learned
Requirements
- Experience managing retail and brand projects end to end
- Ability to coordinate with brand principals, retailers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong budget and timeline management skills
- Knowledge of premium brand standards and execution

Job Overview

- Coordinate closely with brand principals, retailers, suppliers, contractors, agencies, logistics, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Prepare and track project timelines, quotations, budgets, approvals, production schedules, delivery plans, installation dates, and post event dismantling or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved brand guidelines and execution standards.

- Monitor supplier and contractor performance, resolve execution challenges, and ensure high quality delivery across all touchpoints.
