- Manage Operations and Midstream projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from project definition through closeout.
- Coordinate activities across Surface Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Permitting, Construction, Midstream, Water Transfer, and Operations teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Monday.com, while tracking progress, constraints, risks, and critical path activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and status updates through PMO systems.
- Support budget development and monitor project expenditures using SiteView.
- Facilitate project meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project priorities and next steps.
- Support project bidding, contractor coordination, and project closeout activities.
- Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to support effective decision-making.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across project management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of project management or project coordination experience.
- Experience in oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, operations, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams.
- Experience developing schedules, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and identifying project risks or constraints.
- Proficiency with project management software and reporting systems preferred; experience with Monday.com and SiteView is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- PMP certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
