Role Overview
The Contract Project Manager manages the full life cycle of market research projects.
The role coordinates external suppliers and supports internal clients to ensure smooth processes and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Organize kickoff calls, clarify project requirements, and communicate objectives, timelines, quality expectations, briefing materials, and project summaries.
- Manage projects daily with operations teams to maintain quality control and timelines.
- Provide internal clients with project status updates and issue follow-up.
- Track completes, quotas, duration, response rate, sample status, representativeness, and external-list quality.
- Define sample plans with the statistics department and instruct project supervisors.
Qualifications
- College degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of market research project management experience.
- At least 4 years of client services experience.
