Project Manager Officer

Role Overview

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project or program management experience, including 3+ years in fintech, payments, or orchestration.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of more than two people.
• Strong understanding of API-based architectures, webhooks, and payment flow logic.
• Expert-level mastery of Jira, Confluence, and specialized PMO software.
• Strong proficiency integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
• Degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.

Strategic Oversight and COO Support

• Serve as the single source of truth for the COO by providing a consolidated view of global projects.
• Maintain real-time dashboards tracking project health, resource utilization, and delivery velocity.
• Lead weekly synchronization meetings among department heads to resolve dependencies and resource conflicts.

Integration and Product Delivery

• Own new PSP and bank integrations from initial API documentation review through production go-live.
• Standardize the integrations playbook to reduce time to market for new payment rails.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leads to align sprint capacity with commercial priorities.

Operational Excellence

• Identify at-risk projects and provide remediation options such as trade-offs and resource shifts.
• Ensure projects meet PCI DSS, PSD2, and applicable jurisdictional regulatory standards.
