To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Project Manager I.

The position will be located in our office in Gaithersburg, MD, and will work within the Project Management Team.

Develops and implements program plans and strategies in accordance with supported customer requirements, policies and guidelines.

Develops and coordinates preparation of program documentation and briefing materials to clearly communicate program strategies, goals and objectives, and supports program execution within established cost, schedule and performance parameters.

Analyzes customer requirements, develops course of action, makes sound recommendations and implements actions to ensure program success.

• Manage medium to large-scale construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability among team members.
