About the Role

- Manage contractors and stakeholders

- Handle international and franchise projects

- Ensure brand standard audit scores and zero major HSE incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
- 7–10 years of project management experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, or multi site development projects
- Proven experience in international projects and franchise development
- Strong knowledge of fit out, MEP, construction, procurement, budgeting, and regulatory approvals
- Willingness to travel internationally as required

Job Purpose
- Lead the end to end delivery of all physical expansion projects across the group, including corporate new builds, international openings, franchise fit outs, and estate projects
- Accountable for delivering fully commissioned, brand compliant, and operations ready sites on time, within budget, and in compliance with all statutory requirements

Qualifications & Experience
