The JJMT Transformation function is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.

The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.
As part of the Network Orchestration function within Transformation, this role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of network transition activities required to enable the future-state supply chain network.
The position is responsible for supporting execution of distribution network transition initiatives, including coordination of transition plans, milestone tracking, risk management, and governance activities across regions and functions. This includes ensuring that network transition activities are executed in line with defined timelines, standards, and transformation objectives while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
The role works closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support transition readiness, issue resolution, and visibility into execution progress and risks across network transformation initiatives.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
A Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs
Experience supporting operational transitions, network changes, site implementations, or large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, including warehouse and transportation processes
Experience managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance activities across multiple stakeholders
Ability to work in a global, matrix organization: strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, IT, Procurement, and external partners
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
