At Singleton Construction, our Multi-Site division is different from traditional commercial construction. We specialize in national and regional rollouts, specialty construction, remodels, refreshes, and repeatable scopes across multiple locations for some of America’s most recognized brands.
With dozens—or hundreds—of locations moving through a program and multiple projects active at once, success requires more than managing one project from start to finish. It requires seeing the entire program, leading and developing a team, building repeatable processes, managing field teams, anticipating problems, and delivering consistent quality at every location.
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Multi-Site Programs who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands rollout and specialty construction. This leadership role is responsible for program performance and the team assigned to it, which may include Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and field resources.
If you enjoy managing multiple projects, developing people, building client relationships, estimating work, solving problems quickly, and creating processes that drive consistent execution, we’d like to meet you.
Singleton Construction delivers nationwide retail and commercial programs for recognized brands. Our clients trust us with ongoing programs because Multi-Site success means consistent quality, communication, schedule, safety, and execution across every location.
We trust our people to make decisions, collaborate, and lead. Project Managers have the autonomy to run their programs and teams with support from an experienced leadership group.
Own assigned client programs and projects from estimating and pre-construction through final closeout.
