Role Overview
CARMA is seeking a Project Manager, Multi-Residential to lead projects involving submetering systems, billing services, and data solutions.
The role leads projects from initiation through closeout, works with clients and contractors, and delivers submetering solutions for multi-residential properties.
Schedule
- Core business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with variations based on project requirements.
- Occasional out-of-town work and work outside regular office hours are required.
Project Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct projects from initiation to completion and execute contractual scope of work.
- Design and configure project systems, handle equipment orders, and prepare as-built documentation.
- Schedule equipment deliveries, manage inventory, and handle return material authorizations.
- Attend site kickoff and coordination meetings and coordinate system commissioning with third-party contractors across eastern Canada.
- Communicate installation requirements, equipment deliveries, and deficiency resolutions to installing contractors.
- Collaborate with customers, property management, building staff, electrical and mechanical contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Provide progress updates, support sales as required, mitigate problems, resolve emerging issues, and complete closeout documentation.
