Integrated Engineering Contracting Co. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead execution of MEP systems including MTHW, compressed air, and fuel oil systems in Riyadh. The role requires end-to-end management of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall project execution across all three packages (MTHW, Compressed Air, Fuel Oil)
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Oversee design reviews, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Manage procurement plans for major equipment and materials
- Supervise site execution activities and ensure adherence to schedule
- Plan and oversee pre commissioning and commissioning activities
- Act as main point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in project management within MEP/industrial projects
- Proven experience in district heating systems (MTHW), compressed air systems, and fuel handling systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and installation, industrial utilities and piping systems, and testing & commissioning procedures
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Project Manager to lead the execution of a major industrial project comprising Medium Temperature Hot Water (MTHW), Compressed Air, and Fuel Oil Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall project execution across all three packages.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment with contract scope, specifications, and client expectations.
- Oversee design reviews, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications.
- Manage procurement plans for major equipment and materials.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate technical/commercial terms.
- Monitor project budget, cash flow, and cost control.
- Supervise site execution activities and ensure adherence to schedule.
- Coordinate with site teams for installation of mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project management within MEP/industrial projects.
- Proven experience in district heating systems (MTHW), compressed air systems, and fuel handling systems is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and installation, industrial utilities and piping systems, testing & commissioning procedures.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred.
