Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of MES implementation projects.

Managing resource planning and forecasting activities across project teams.

Reviewing project progress and ensuring successful achievement of customer objectives.

Coaching, mentoring, and developing consultants within the team.

Conducting regular performance and development discussions with team members.

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and growth of consulting resources.

Collaborating with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on customer opportunities and project estimates.

Supporting customer workshops, solution discussions, and implementation planning.

Monitoring delivery KPIs, utilization, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Ensuring successful handover of projects into ongoing support services.

Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to promote delivery excellence and best practices.
