To support this expansion and strengthen our operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Dubai office.
As part of our global project management team, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and continuously expanding the projects that power our growth.
You will lead cross-functional projects, ensure operational scalability and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, as well as customer experience.
Working closely with stakeholders across operations, business development and sales, you will take ownership from planning through execution.
In a fast-growing environment, establishing trust through project excellence is critical.
We are looking for a hands-on, strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term structure, navigate ambiguity and deliver results for both TractEasy and our customers.

Activities
- In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across the Middle East (planning, execution, rollout, and optimization)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, customer success) to ensure aligned execution
- Define, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes and project frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, partners, and internal leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards
- Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies in fast-moving, complex environments
- Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
- Support commercial initiatives by aligning project delivery with customer needs and sales objectives
- Contribute to scaling TractEasy’s operations by standardizing best practices and enabling repeatable deployments

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or related roles in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from planning to execution and delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and business teams
- Experience in scaling processes and implementing operational best practices in growing organizations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and structured approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with autonomous mobility, autonomous systems, robotics or aviation/industrial environments is a strong advantage
- Soft skills
- Strong ownership and accountability, with a proactive, hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments
- Able to work independently, self-starter with strong capability to interact and work in a multinational environment
- Languages skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic, German or French is a plus), both written and verbal
