The Opportunity
An experienced Project Manager is sought for a specialist contractor delivering a major data centre development.
The role covers enabling, civil engineering, and infrastructure works supporting multiple data halls and associated facilities.
The package includes below-ground infrastructure, attenuation ponds, drainage, utilities, power infrastructure, ducting, foundations, slabs, and external works.
Salary
- The advertised salary is £70,000 to £85,000 plus package.
- Additional benefits include a car allowance, pension, healthcare and cash plan, electric vehicle scheme, holiday allowance, eyecare vouchers, and cycle-to-work support.
Role Overview
- Take overall responsibility for safe, profitable, and timely delivery from design and pre-construction through construction, completion, and handover.
- Establish project controls and ensure the team understands programme requirements, commercial objectives, and responsibilities.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, performance, risks, and opportunities with the commercial team.
- Coordinate procurement, resources, subcontractors, milestones, constraints, and recovery measures.
