Project Manager - Life Sciences & Technology

Construction related degree/diploma

10+ years of construction experience

Working knowledge of scheduling, project management, and contract software

Have experience working on complex Construction ICI projects

Ability to support the project team and helping to solve construction issues in a time sensitive situations

Educational and experience requirements include engineering degree or equivalent combinations

Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. and their impact on project activities vital.

Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills essential.

Have the ability to read, interpret, analyze and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $130,000.
