Role Overview
Manage end-to-end execution of landscape and swimming pool construction projects.
Lead project planning, coordination, delivery, quality control, and handover.
Project Planning and Delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
Stakeholder and Team Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Supervise site engineers and construction teams to ensure quality workmanship.
Compliance and Technical Review
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Review drawings, bills of quantities, contracts, and technical documents.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
