We are currently seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager for our Jacksonville or Orlando offices.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will manage and deliver multiple complex land development projects from preliminary planning through permitting and ultimately into construction. You’ll lead cross-disciplinary teams, serve as a technical and procedural subject matter expert, and ensure every project meets scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team that may include civil designers, AutoCAD technicians, and interns.
- Serve as the technical authority on all aspects of land development, from design through permitting and construction administration.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risks while ensuring all team members contribute to successful delivery.
- Oversee quality control by reviewing plans for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, train, support, assign, and evaluate the work of the project team.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar curriculum from ABET accredited college or university.
