Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall construction supervision activities for assigned projects.
- Ensure that project works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable codes and standards.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary supervision teams , including civil, architectural, MEP, and other technical disciplines.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, schedules, and overall performance to ensure timely project completion.
- Review and monitor contractor work methods, construction activities, and technical submissions.
- Ensure that construction works meet the required quality standards and project specifications .
- Coordinate with the client, contractor, consultant teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related issues.
- Review and follow up on RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and other technical documents .
- Monitor contractor compliance with approved project plans, specifications, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, and technical issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct and lead regular progress and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
- Review project progress reports and provide management with regular updates on project status and key issues.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project disciplines and stakeholders.
- Support the resolution of contractual, technical, and construction-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the supervision team.
- Perform other project management and supervision duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in construction/project supervision.
