Job Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of overseas photovoltaic intelligent robot and smart operation and maintenance equipment projects.

Take charge of overseas site execution, customer communication, risk control, compliance, and team management.

The role requires long-term overseas work and fluent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage pre-sales technical coordination, solution implementation, shipment, commissioning, joint testing, final acceptance, and project review.
Own project schedule, quality, cost, safety, and payment collection.
Reside overseas and coordinate construction, commissioning, issue resolution, and trial operation.
Coordinate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams on delivery and equipment adaptation issues.
Communicate in English with overseas owners, EPC contractors, and partners on technical and commercial matters.
Manage progress updates, project documents, requirement changes, delivery exceptions, and customer relationships.
Control cross-border logistics, customs, construction, schedule, safety, and engineering compliance risks.
Archive commissioning, acceptance, reconciliation, ledger, progress, and review documents.
Follow up acceptance, signing, and payment collection.
Guide on-site engineers and local staff and standardize overseas construction procedures.
Summarize delivery experience and develop standardized overseas delivery systems.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, New Energy, Project Management, or a related major.
Basic knowledge of electromechanical systems and the photovoltaic industry.
At least 2 years of overseas project delivery and management experience in new energy or intelligent equipment.
Fluent English for independent technical and commercial communication and document writing.
Willingness to work overseas long term, including business trips and on-site residency.
Familiarity with equipment shipment, customs clearance, commissioning, acceptance, and project risk management.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, stress tolerance, results orientation, and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

PV robot overseas project experience is highly preferred.
Overseas project residency experience in Middle East, Southeast Asia, or Latin America PV markets is preferred.
PMP certification or relevant electromechanical professional certificates are preferred.
Familiarity with local photovoltaic engineering standards and overseas construction specifications is preferred.
